GARDNER
John Lee Gardner, 58, passed away Saturday May 26, 2012 as a result of injuries in a motorcycle accident. His family was by his side when he drifted off to be with the lord.
John was born December 13, 1954 to Mary and Albert Gardner of Grand Rapids Michigan.He was working as the Retail Manager for Tom Thumb and worked for Tom Thumb for nearly 20 years.
John is survived by his wife Penny Gardner of 19 years; mother Mary Sage; daughter Cinde Harris; daughter Melyssa Alston; brother Tony Gardner. He also leaves behind step-children Arron Harrell and Melissa Lewis, several grandchildren, uncles, cousins and numerous friends who played very important roles in his life. He will be dearly missed but not forgotten by so many.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Dalton & Son Funeral Home in Lewisville, TX. There will be a viewing on Thursday, May 31st at 5 p.m. and a service to honor his life at 7 p.m.
