Carroll ISD to hold Special Needs Seminar

The Carroll ISD Transition Services Department welcomes families of Special Needs to attend a seminar on Monday, Feb. 27. "Life Planning: The Care and Communication of the Plan" is a presentation filled with information for all ages of students with special needs. The seminar is from 5-7 p.m. inside Carroll Senior High School located at 1501 W. Southlake Blvd.


The seminar will help families learn how to develop a long term care plan for their special needs children, including learning how to assess needs and abilites, the importance of planning early, setting both short and long-term goals and understanding the need for a proper Life Plan.
