Adrienne Elizabeth Hussey
Adrienne Elizabeth Hussey of Plano, Texas passed away on January 19, 2012 of a suspected brain aneurysm after returning to Ireland to be reunited with her former Rose of Tralee Escort boyfriend, Eoin Treanor. Her parents flew over to be by her side.
She was born October 29, 1985 to Patrick and Ann Hussey.

Adrienne was a 2004 Plano Senior High graduate who went on to graduate from University of Texas in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in social work, followed in 2011 by her Master of Science in social work.

Most recently, Adrienne was employed at The Ann Richards School Foundation in Austin, Texas as the manager of special projects. She worked closely with the executive director in supporting programs for the Ann Richards School for at-risk girls, helped with fundraising, developed endowment campaigns and managed trust accounts. She had also been a case manager for South West Key Program in Austin and a program manager for The Austin Academy in Austin. Adrienne was a Big Sister Mentor to Kiana Corzine since 2005, a representative for the School of Social Work at the University of Austin Student Government Board, and she was the 2010 Texas Rose of Tralee, she represented Texas in an international competition for Irish women in Tralee Ireland. She loved life.

Adrienne is survived by her parents, Patrick and Ann Hussey of Plano; brother, Clint Hussey of Plano; grandmother, Dayton Robinson of Plano; grandmother, Maureen Hussey of Kyle; aunts and uncles, Bob and Rachel Robinson of Cooper, Brendan Hussey and Yukie Aida of Round Rock, Raymond and Colleen Keller of Kyle; cousin, Ethan Robinson of Plano; and boyfriend, Eoin Treanor of Emyvale County Monaghan Ireland.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Judge Raymond Robinson of Plano and Earl Hussey of Copperas Cove.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday February 10, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Plano in the Worship Center. A reception will follow in the Berry Building. Adrienne was cremated in Ireland and per her request, her organs were donated.
