Police Report

The Southlake Police Department was involved in the following activities during the week of March 5:


District 1 n covers the northeast portion of the city

*1100 block of East Dove Road; school officials discovered that someone had placed a large amount of trash in the school dumpsters on March 5. Grease was also dumped beside the dumpsters. State law considers this theft of services because the school district pays to have the dumpsters emptied.

*1600 block of Creekside Drive; an adult male assaulted an adult female on March 5. The victim did not require medical treatment.

*700 block of Castle Rock; a 65 inch wall mounted television set and a 25 inch television set were stolen from a house under construction on March 6.

*1100 block of East Dove Road; an iPod valued at $299 was stolen from an unattended backpack on March 7.

*1200 block of Del Mar; a wallet, pair of sunglasses and pocket personal computer were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a residential driveway on March 11. A jar containing $20 in coins was stolen from a second unlocked vehicle parked in the same driveway.

*1300 block of Palo Duro Trail; a briefcase containing a pen set, leather note pad and checkbook were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked behind a security gate at a residence on Mach 11.

*2600 block of Parker Court; a purse containing a wallet, cash, driver’s license and credit cards was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a garage on March 11. The garage door had been left open several inches to allow family pets access.

District 2 n covers the northwest portion of the city

*900 block of San Saba; an officer located a black bag containing medical equipment in the street in front of a residence on March 7. The officer located an identification card inside the bag and notified the owner. According to the owner the bag had been stolen during a Grapevine burglary earlier in the day.

*800 block of East S.H. 114; a utility sign was stolen near the S.H. 114 service road on March 8. The sign, valued at $700, is a six foot tall, orange diamond shaped sign with a white base that warns drivers of utility work on the roadway.

*800 block of North White Chapel Boulevard; a 19 year old former student was issued a criminal trespass warning on March 8.

*500 block of Ravenaux Drive; a mailbox was damaged by a hit and run driver on March 9. Damage to the mailbox was estimated at $750.

District 3 n covers the southwest portion of the city

*200 block of Manor Place; officers investigated a disturbance to determine if a parent over disciplined a child on March 5.

*1500 block of West Southlake Boulevard; an iPod and an Apple FM moderator, both valued at $400, were stolen from a pickup truck parked at Carroll Senior High School on March 7.

*1500 block of West Southlake Boulevard; a radar detector was stolen from a car parked in the parking lot of Carroll Senior High School on March 8.

*A hair straightening tool and a cosmetic bag, both valued at $450, were stolen from a gum locker on March 7.

*1500 block of West Southlake Boulevard; an iPod valued at $300 was stolen from a classroom at Carroll Senior High School on March 9.

*1500 block of West Southlake Boulevard; a radar detector valued at $500 was stolen from a car parked in the Carroll Senior High School parking lot on March 9. The convertible top of the car was cut and the damage estimated at $3,000.

District 4 - covers the southeast portion of the city

*500 block of North Kimball Avenue; a 22 year old was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia on March 7.

*600 block of North Carroll Avenue; a complainant reported instances of a parent over disciplining a child on March 6. Child protective services is assisting in the investigation.

*600 block of North Carroll Avenue; detectives initiated an investigation of a man throwing his son across the room at their residence. CPS is working with officers on the investigation.

*600 block of North Carroll Avenue; detectives generated an investigation into allegations of neglectful supervision on a four year old child on March 8. CPS is assisting in the investigation.

*300 block of North Nolan Drive; a wallet containing a driver’s license was stolen from a gym on March 9. The owner didn’t report it missing at the time of the offense, but learned that the Tarrant County Organized Crime Task Force recovered his license during a raid at an undisclosed location.

*300 block of State Street; a wallet, computer, camera, radar detector, cigarettes, sunglasses and miscellaneous items were stolen from a locked vehicle on March 9.

Arrests

*Kevin Kottwitz, 36, of Fort Worth was arrested on March 6 for outstanding traffic warrants.

*Sarah Wateska, 49, of Bedford was arrested on March 6 for outstanding traffic warrants.

*Steven Willett, 18, of Southlake was arrested on March 6 for outstanding traffic warrants.

*Taelor Norton, 27, of Southlake was arrested on March 6 for outstanding traffic warrants.

*Hiroshi Camarillo, 20, of Arlington was arrested on March 7 for public intoxication.

*Cameron Garrett, 20, of Haltom City was arrested on March 8 for outstanding traffic warrants.

*Candice Culver, 38, of Keller was arrested on March 8 for theft of service and outstanding traffic warrants.

*Vincent Ferrazzano, 26, of Roanoke was arrested on March 9 for public intoxication.

*Michael Duncan, 36, of Southlake was arrested on March 9 for public intoxication.

*Ferush Jasaroski, 42, of Arlington was arrested on March 9 for driving while intoxicated and outstanding traffic warrants.

*Shawn Bell, 20, of Arlington was arrested on March 9 for outstanding traffic warrants.

*Nicholas Longo, 24, of Euless was arrested on March 10 for public intoxication.

*James Colbath, 23, of Granbury was arrested on March 10 for public intoxication.

*Charles Bridges, 22, of Granbury was arrested on March 10 for public intoxication.

*Billy Hooper, 29, of Fort Worth was arrested on March 10 for outstanding traffic warrants.

*Charles Walker, 41, of Keller was arrested on March 11 for outstanding traffic warrants.
